104 That rule having been noted, it is apparent from the invalidity committee’s report that, having ‘become acquainted with [the findings of Dr J., the PMO doctor] of 20 [November] 2008 and ... of 11 [February] 2010 finding [under Article 73 of the Staff Regulations] that an occupational disease was present, with 10% permanent invalidity’, the invalidity committee took the view that ‘[t]he examination of [those] documents shows that acceptance of an occupational origin is based solely on the patient’s own account’, whereby ‘the facts are presented in a subjective manner and one that is beneficial for [his] image’.EurLex-2 EurLex-2
