Nevertheless, it is apparent, first, from Article 7(2) of that directive that material information cannot be hidden or provided in an unclear, unintelligible, ambiguous or untimely manner and, secondly, from Article 7(1) and (3) of that directive that, in order to assess whether information has been omitted, account must be taken of the limitations of the communication medium used and, where that medium imposes limits of space or time, any measures taken by the trader to make the information available to consumers by other means.
