33 Domstolen erinrar om att ett överklagande, enligt artikel 256 FEUF och artikel 58 första stycket i stadgan för Europeiska unionens domstol, ska vara begränsat till rättsfrågor och grunda sig på bristande behörighet hos tribunalen, på rättegångsfel vid tribunalen som kränker klagandens intressen eller på att tribunalen har åsidosatt unionsrätten (se, för ett liknande resonemang, dom av den 1 juni 1994 i mål C‐136/92 P, kommissionen mot Brazzelli Lualdi m.fl., REG 1994, s. I‐1981, punkt 47).
33 It must be borne in mind that, under Article 256 TFEU and the first paragraph of Article 58 of the Statute of the Court of Justice of the European Union, an appeal is limited to points of law and may lie only on grounds of lack of competence of the General Court, a breach of procedure before it which adversely affects the interests of the appellant or infringement of EU law by the General Court (see, to that effect, Case C‐136/92 P Commission v Brazzelli Lualdi and Others [1994] ECR I‐1981, paragraph 47).EurLex-2 EurLex-2
