For as God’s steward, an overseer must be free from accusation, not self-willed, not quick-tempered, not a drunkard, not violent, not greedy of dishonest gain, but hospitable, a lover of goodness, sound in mind, righteous, loyal, self-controlled, holding firmly to the faithful word as respects his art of teaching, so that he may be able both to encourage by the teaching that is wholesome and to reprove those who contradict.” —Titus 1:5-9.
Sebäbi gözegçi Hudaýyň gullukçysy hökmünde adamlar tarapyndan aýyplanýan, özdiýenli, gaharjaň, arakhor, zalym we haram gazanjyň yşkyna düşen açgöz bolmaly däl. Ýöne ol myhmansöýer, ýagşy işleri halaýan, sagdyn düşünjeli, dogruçyl, wepaly, özüne erk edýän, Hudaýyň ynamdar sözüne berk ýapyşýan bolmaly, şonda ol öwredende, sagdyn taglymatyň esasynda maslahat berip, garşy çykýanlara bolsa käýäp biler» (Tit. 1:5—9).jw2019 jw2019
