186 Bovendien moet afwijzend worden beslist op verzoeksters argument dat de Commissie gehouden was de internationale auditstandaarden in acht te nemen voor zover, enerzijds, artikel II.19, lid 1, sub d, van de FP6-voorwaarden en artikel II.23 van de CIP-voorwaarden naar het nationale recht inzake boekhouding verwezen en, anderzijds, het Griekse recht in overeenstemming diende te zijn met richtlijn 2006/43, die de lidstaten de verplichting oplegde de internationale auditstandaarden in acht te nemen.
