spreekt zijn voldoening uit over het hervormingsproces in Marokko, en met name de voorgestelde grondwetshervorming waarover een referendum wordt gehouden, als stap in de juiste richting naar de openstelling van het bestuursstelsel, alsmede modernisering en democratisering; roept de politieke partijen in Marokko op actief deel te nemen aan dit veranderingsproces; benadrukt dat het publiek, maatschappelijke organisaties en politieke partijen in het centrum moeten blijven staan van het proces van voortdurende implementatie van de hervormingen, en stelt vast dat Marokko het eerste land in deze regio was waaraan de "gevorderde status" in de betrekkingen met de EU werd toegekend;
Welcomes the process of reforms in Morocco, and in particular the proposed constitutional reform that has been submitted to a referendum, as a step in the right direction for the opening-up of the system of governance, modernisation and democratisation; calls on the political parties in Morocco to play an active part in this process of change; stresses that the public, civil society organisations and political parties should remain at the centre of the continuing implementation process of the reforms, and notes that Morocco was the first country in the region to be granted Advanced Status in relations with the EU;EurLex-2 EurLex-2
