68 In herinnering dient eveneens te worden gebracht dat het recht van toegang tot het dossier, een uitvloeisel van het beginsel van eerbiediging van de rechten van de verdediging, ook impliceert dat de Commissie de betrokken onderneming de mogelijkheid moet bieden, alle voor haar verdediging mogelijk relevante documenten in het onderzoeksdossier te onderzoeken (zie in die zin arresten van 2 oktober 2003, Corus UK/Commissie, C‐199/99 P, Jurispr., EU:C:2003:531, punten 125‐128; Aalborg Portland e.a. /Commissie, punt 67 supra, EU:C:2004:6, punt 68, en 29 juni 1995, Solvay/Commissie, T‐30/91, Jurispr., EU:T:1995:115, punt 81).
